We have strict security procedures in place to ensure that your information is held securely. You should be aware that open emails are not secure and third parties may be able to intercept, access or alter any information sent. We have provided a Secure Communication Portal to allow you to communicate with us securely; full details regarding its use can be found on our home page. If you do communicate with us via open email, you should not include any confidential information.
 
If you do make an enquiry via open email, we will take steps to verify your identity before giving out any personal information or implementing any instructions.
 
Privacy
 
We are required by the Data Protection Act 1998 (see www.dataprotection.gov.uk for more information), which gives individuals certain rights as it defines the rules for processing personal information. It also states that those who record and process personal information, such as Pace Financial Solutions, must be open and honest in how the information is used.
 
The personal information you provide will be used by Pace Financial Solutions and other 'connected' companies to enable us to make enquiries on your behalf on products such as life insurance, pensions, investments or mortgages. In this instance the relevant information about you will be passed on to the appropriate companies so that quotes / transactions / product sales can be prepared / transacted / executed for you. It may also be used to monitor the progress of your enquiry within Pace Financial Solutions and to register any subsequent sale of any of our services about which you have enquired. Please be aware that we do not supply any information about you to anyone else, unless we believe it is lawful to do so, or where you have given your consent in advance.

The Pace Financial Solutions site currently does not use cookies. Cookies are pieces of information stored by the browser on your computers hard disk when you visit a web site. They can provide general management information about web site traffic patterns, to help monitor and improve internet service. We do monitor use of the website and as part of this process we will log your IP address. This is the unique address your computer has while connected to the internet and consists of a series of numbers. This is not stored in any manner which can identify you and is retained for only a short period of time.
