If you do make an enquiry via open email, we will take steps to verify your identity before giving out any personal information or implementing any instructions.
Privacy

We do monitor use of the website and as part of this process we will log your IP address. This is the unique address your computer has while connected to the internet and consists of a series of numbers. This is not stored in any manner which can identify you and is retained for only a short period of time.
